I was told on the phone last night to buy the cheapest item possible, and the eggs count as the store brand item. I'm not sure what they actually re-imburse as I haven't been paid for the January egg shops yet. Should I have been?
Not sure if that just muddies the water further!
I've been paid for my early Jan ones, those after 20 Jan are showing on my next pay statement, but funds not cleared in bank for these yet.
There's a Pay History link on the left under My Settings - not sure if you've seen this but that shows payments made / due.
I'm confused by the info you were given!! I've always understood you had to buy an instantly consumable store-brand item to be refunded - so this can't be the eggs? I think I'm going to re-read the brief now!0 -

I agree with you on this one - an instantly consumable store branded item which then needs to be taken back for the complaint section of the scenario0 -
I think they guy was pointing out you only get reimbursed for the eggs. So buy the cheapest other thing possible. I don't always feel comfortable asking for a refund so take a replacement.
But he did say the eggs counted.0 -
Hi - I have checked first - I note all the clothes on E** are for Ireland (I have input a 35 mile radius and should come up with 2 in that) - has anyone applied UK assignments on these? Thanks

There are UK ones available but I do not believe it is every store.Praying at the church of MSE should be compulsory!

Hi - I have been paid for the last batch and was reimbursed for the total purchase not just the eggs, all my receipts came to under £3.:)0 -

There are Scottish ones that I can see. I hate seeing the Irish ones coming up on my list, but if I put the distance to any less I sometimes miss out on ones I can do.0 -
Am waiting for fast food delivery. Was told it would take 45 mins max, that was 1hr 40 ago.
Shop not answering phone, so don't know if it's coming or not. Nothing on briefing notes to say what to do with non delivery. Briefing notes say entire shop has to be completed by 2.30, so am now over time.
Any tips? Will drop MS company an email, though don't want to reschedule as have no time to sit in for the delivery next week for another non show.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

?? You get the reimbursement quoted anyway (not just the cost of the eggs) - maybe I'm misunderstanding though! Unless he meant to buy the cheapest thing so you're not out of pocket.
I wait and see what they offer me... usually just get offered a straight swap, so I try to buy something I will use anyway (e.g. milk). I did have a good one the other day though where they refunded my money AND replaced the product, with an extra one thrown in for the inconvenience. Now that's customer service.

Hi
A question for people who use edigital research and submitted an invoice in Feb:
has your invoice been processed yet?
I submitted mine on 19th and was surprised that no payment has been made for it, normally I see the money is on its way a few days before I receive it.
Just wondered if others are the same...
