Oops! After submitting a report to GYP yesterday for a burger place, I woke up during the night in a panic as I realised I'd made a mistake with my timing points. Basically I'd added together point one and point 3 to equal the total service time!!!
I've emailed GYP this morning to let them know and to tell them the right timings and will probably be sacked now... :o
Has anyone else done anything like this before?!
I totally blame my OH as he wouldn't shut up while I was submitting the report (that's my story and I'm sticking with it!)

I once tried to submit accurate timings and it wouldn't let me, it took me ages to submit the report and I had to alter one of my timings to get it accepted. Good luck, I can't do burgers ones anymore. So funny on the way back from a visit at night we decided to go for a drive through and they were so slow I got out and complained as we had waited for over 5 mins, I told my OH to ask for a reciept I'm sure the service would have been quicker lol

    Hope you don't get sacked:)

I wanted to be a teacher, didn't happen, I also fancied being a nurse but couldn't stand the sight of blood... now I'd just like to be a lottery winner.. I would have so much fun sharing the money.... I'll keep dreaming... wot about u??

I wanted to be a paramedic, but I'm too weak for it. I settled for being a nurse but got very bored and hated the shift work. If I could have worked Mon-Fri 9-5 in A&E I'd have stuck with it. Now I work in a University as an administrator. I get paid a lot more than the people I went to uni with, I get flexible working, no pressure and I get xmas and new year off!

Still hoping for the lottery win though :p

i totally ballsed up a burger job as my timer didnt click so i all i had was 5 secs recorded which wasnt even correct for the first time. it was one at the end of the month that they begged me to do and i felt really bad. i wrote a comment at the end apologising and have not heard anything from them! not been fired though (yet) and this was a month ago! i have done a lot of burgers for them even without bribes so that may be why!

  • It took me 3 attempted visits on one assignment to get the correct fast food timings & get a receipt! :o. Either i pushed the button at the wrong moment :wall:, or entirely forget to start the timer (insert rolling eyes smilie here), or didn't remember the receipt until i got home . Was so peed-off, thought i'd never get that assignment completed. And i'm out of pocket :o. No more fast food outlets for me in April, i'm stuffed to the gills _pale_.

Hope it's sunny where you all are.

I have just noticed that the fees for outstanding March care home visits on CRI are creeping up quite nicely again. Note that you now can't self assign ANY visit if you have done ANY AT ALL in the last three years (restrictions used to be on any visits LOCAL to each other in last three years).

I've just had my first query with Gap (holiday shop), luckily I remember the visit well so I was able to answer all the questions.....and there were a lot!!

    Love the Aussie accent though.

Aussie accent? The Gyp guys that usually call me have such a strong Indian/Pakistani accent that I have to keep asking them to repeat themselves as I can't understand them!

May I ask who CRI are? I can't see them on the first page, would it be ok to ask for a link or website address?

    Many thanks:)
