I've just had my first query with Gap (holiday shop), luckily I remember the visit well so I was able to answer all the questions.....and there were a lot!!
Love the Aussie accent though.

I've got some demonstration work this weekend and easter weekend so haven't got much MSing booked in other than lunch on 2 of the days. Shouldn't look too out of place asking for a receipt for once!0

have you ticked 'all of the above' to one of the questions?
If you have, it is wrong, it should be 'don't ask unnecessary questions', I did it really late last night and my eyes were going boggly before I spotted the answer.

I was up late at night doing this as well and the "All of the above" threw me as well. Unfortunately none closer than 200 miles to me (400 return) but seems to be plenty in the South East.0 -
