I've never had a burger show after asking for a reciept.. I obviously look too much NOT like an MS'er..! As for the price for joining the other group, well they paid me...!!!!

The advantage of the internet is nothing is secret anymore.. I should know I work for MI5....

No Ms'ing for me today.... boring normal work.... anyone else do anything exciting..????

Watched the EDL and UAF pull lumps out of one another from behind the shutters at work, and we thought we were far enough out of town to be left in peace.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

EDL - English Defence League - fascists/rascists, good chums with the likes of the BNP and the National Front

UAF - 'Unite Against Fascism', though sadly it's turned into "gang of thuggish Asians looking for an excuse for a fight"

So basically the white supremacists and the thuggish Asians choose a town and have a big street brawl. It's very civilised.

Nothing exciting for me today...taught a spinning class this morning in my "normal" job then MS'd a coffee/cake shop which kind of undid my good work! :rotfl:

Going to do some retail therapy tomorrow with a little MS job thrown in for good measure.;)

From their website " Any assignments submitted, edited and approved for payment by close of business on the 20th of the month will be included for payment in the next available payment run and an individual Pay Statement will be created in your inbox under Pay History. The Pay Statement will be dated the 21st of the month and will provide confirmation of the assignments that will be paid. The payment into your account will take place on or after 9th of the following month (depending upon whether the 9th is a working day)."

So the pay statement should be showing by Monday??

I need to remember to check it, as last month I was only paid for the price of the eggs, not the whole reimbursement. :( I didn't realise that wasn't the norm until it was mentioned on this thread.

In fairness my assignments were only done on Monday, it's the 'approval and editing' I'm not sure about. Athough if I have t wait until the 9th May I will be:(

Oh that sounds exhausting... I tried it once, still recovering...!! prefer a little swim and a sauna myself..... Hoping my ms for the gym doesn't involve these classes or may need to have 999 on speed dial...!

    Evening

Managed to fit in a corner shop, 2 underground sarnies, electrical shop and an ice-cream around DH's grading today. Only just finished the reports - bit hard going in my 'swishy' state!

I have absolutely NOTHING on for tomorrow :j:j:j Bliss!

  • Fellow MS-ers, what do I want to be when I grow up?
  • Hi Tattybonce - welcome! Quite a newbie to this forum myself but been MSing for a good few years now! I don't know which other companies you are registered with but my advice would be to sign up for several.

As Mystery Shoppers we deserve respect - we do a fantastic job. Being sacked by a company who doesn't have the courtesy to tell you why - are they really worth giving a 2nd chance just for the fast food?

I'd work for the quality companies and build up your confidence that way. Hope this helps! Respect is a 2 way street!!
