quickie question - does anyone use the spreadsheet in the OP (the fancy macro one) in OpenOffice? I cannot get it to work for the life of me, I keep getting runtime errors. Tips?Nataliejane wrote: »Afraid it doesn't work in OpenOffice
Nope, it only works with MS Excel. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
If you're referring to my spreadsheet, it only works in packages with VBA support - OpenOffice, as great as it is, sadly doesn't have this (I believe due to licencing costs).0

'tis a pity! Don't suppose it runs on any freebie programmes, does it? Looks lovely; guess I'll just have to fashion my own far inferior one.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

really?! See I'm a scrooge and would only order what I had to - 1 starter would be shared, wouldn't pick anything too expensive as a main but I do know it can all add up in there! Is only a 10min walk from me.
Aw well back to cooking for me!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -
Just a quicky. React Coffee, do you have to shop alone?
read the notes and it doesn't say. Would i be ok going in with the OH, ordering seperatly and ignoring in the queue but sitting at the same table?I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
Just got contact back from OC - they have added me onto bulk surveys which I was on before, but the menu option disappeared!
How do people feel about phoning the 0845 number? As I am on Sky (not BT), its going to cost me 6p/min +8p connection charge as Sky only do free 0870, not like BT who do both for free
Any one else paying for their calls to OC's call recording number?0 -

I have done what you suggest (after checking with the allocator first). I was told, however, that the other person should not join the queue until after I had left the counter. You may want to check with the company that this hasn't changed.
Remember, you can only order what they tell you to on these jobs (i.e. nothing other than the items specified in the brief, and no extras with those unless the brief says you can).0 -

Yes, I was paying when doing these. I spoke to OC about it, asking if they had a goegraphic alternative number I could use (no call costs for me if I used a geographic number) - they did not. However, OC were really good and said that I only needed to record a proportion of the calls (something like 1 in 5 or 1 in 10, depending on the client). You might get a similar arrangement if you ask.0 -
