Others mention in their brief regarding doing the assignment on your own and it does mean on your own unfortunately as they do check up on you, I know all Gyp ones have to be done alone as discussed with them, RE depends on assignment and the others I have not had to contact them regarding it yet. If I am not sure on anything, I always speak to the company direct, they are on the whole very approachable people..........

I know some companies are ok about this when I have my baby with me, but sometimes, If Ill have my three year old ill ask first - often they are ok, deoending on the company/job, but i know some companies are a definite no babies or kids rule.

I spoke to GYP this week as there were a few in my area, and was told babies and kids are ok, unless the brief said must conduct alone. So I think it depends on the client with them.

Ive had to pass up a ton of bank jobs as would have my baby with me recently!

Hi again! I am still new to MS. I have done an assignment today only to find a message on my phone when I got home to find it was cancelled but I had already left the house for the day when they called so I had no idea. Where do I stand with this, will I still get paid? The assignment has been removed fron the system so I can't file my report and expenses.

I will call on Monday but the office is closed at the moment, just wondering if anyone had experienced this?

You will probably find it depends on the company, the job and how soon before the job they called. Some companies would probably pay you the full amount, some just a portion and some you may have to argue the case with.

Did they call after the start of the time frame for your visit? If they did or they called without giving you enough reasonable time to get to the venue, I think you have a case.

I once had a burger job cancelled on me after the start of the time frame for the job without a phonecall or email. It was only luck that I had the Gap site open at the time and noticed before I did the job...

Thanks nehpets81, the call was after the timeframe had started yes. I will give them a call Monday then and hope for the best, I can't afford to be out of pocket!

Set off about ten this morning...3 egg jobs and 200 mile later back in the house and reports all done....just need to do a supermarket but a coffee first I think

Aaaarrrggghhhhh ESA have deleted all my apps again. I just don't understand why. I complete all assignments.,meet all deadlines within good time and have not had any questions asked, so whats the problem?

hurrah first audit done and submitted :T will wear my pedometer next time, must have walked miles! then walked in the city to do a gyp job as didnt want to pay for parking, should burn off my curry dinner

going to try and be productive tonight and re-organise all my MS tabs, write down username and passwords, check my bank details are entered and start my edigital surveys :A

can i ask a question about edigital surveys- the retail ones that are on there say only accept purchase if you would make one anyway but then they have a refund section. so am i correct in assuming i can do the survey, order an item (light thing such as top) and then return it for a refund and do all three sections? thanks
