Yes I had a hair in my food only a few weeks ago. I sent it back and they didn't charge me. Contacted ms company who were fine about it (as I had no receipt) and I completed the report including exactly what happened.

I did my covert/overt yesterday. It was all good. I especially liked the 'revealing my secret identity bit' haha, I think I actually said that to the till lady....she didn't look impressed
. I found it a lot less embarrasing than just covert, as I always feel paranoid that everyone knows i'm the MYSTERY SHOPPER. I have another 8 egg jobs next week, but they are covert/covert. I'm quite dissapointed!
Working my butt off to buy the house of my dreams!0 -
Bored with being "me" on assignments.
Ive just bought a yellow "High Vis" jacket and for the next few weeks I intend being a structutural engineer/surveyor type when I do banks and cars.
I might move on to be a clergyman or a policeman after that.
Depressingly that I actually am a structural engineer!0 -
Hiya,
Just signed up to ESA, dont really know why i havent done before !
Got myself a couple of 'egg' assignments next week and im just reading through the paperwork - i now have a couple of questions if someone wouldnt mind helping me out.
They have stated the fee and also said reimburse up to £x is this included in the original fee or on top ?? I know this is an age old question but all the MS companies vary so much.
Second question : i have to buy an own-label product and then return it. Well ive had a good chuckle about this - do i really buy a packet of crisps/biscuits and outside the shop stomp on them & crush them all and then go back in and complain that their all broken ?? I hope theres no cctv cameras watching me outside !! If someone can give me an idea of what they do i would very much appreciate it.

I purchase a own brand sandwich and then take a couple of bites and return and say it doesn't taste quite right - never had a problem with this and quite a possible scenario - best wishes
I understand that purchase up to £3 is on top of fee (but only just started with them as well and only done a few of the egg ones) so someone else may come along and let you..0 -

Well, I have done the sandwich one and also the broken crisps one (quite easy to crush them up in the car and then go back). But last week I decided I was bored of those and so bought some choc biscuits - blimey they're hard to break!!! LOL!!! I was bashing them on the steering wheel and gearstick but they were solid!!!
So my advice - sandwich or crisps but avoid the choc digestives!!!!!:rotfl:0 -

PS keep an eye on the cost of sandwich since you also have to buy eggs and stay under £3..0
