    Tried that TG but it said when my email settings SMTP and POP3 settings which are 110 and 25 as on my outlook express are not encrypted so you do it at your own risk. Can you check with hubby. Tell him his bill will be put in the monthly draw and if he comes up lucky he will get his fee.

    Is it just me but that word dongle looks rude to me. Fancy saying to a fella "Do you have a dongle"

  • Blinkin TNS! Got email saying job was automatically deallocated as I had not set the date. IT WOULDNT LET ME!!!!! its on the new sassie system and would not allow a date to be set until 20th march!!! I clicked the confirmation link in the email I got sent but it still was cancelled. Ive emailed them so lets hope they contact me tomorrow!

    Blinkin TNS! Got email saying job was automatically deallocated as I had not set the date. IT WOULDNT LET ME!!!!! its on the new sassie system and would not allow a date to be set until 20th march!!! I clicked the confirmation link in the email I got sent but it still was cancelled. Ive emailed them so lets hope they contact me tomorrow!

    i find sassie is used very differently with different companies, i am used to always entering the date on bare and i tried to do it with tern but like what you have said about tns, it wouldn't let me enter a date until it was the first shop date.

    what infuriates me about tns is that they dont email me to say the reporting link is available but then they email to complain and threaten to take it off me of i have not clicked it. if they emailed me when it was avaiolable then i would do it that day and there would be no need for the bollocking email! :mad:

    It is frustrating, although it's not total pot luck - it does say on each job page when the workpack will be available.

    On a lot of them it doesn't give a date, it just says mid march for instance, which doesn't help really.

    Does anyone know perchance if Retail Active and Mystery Outsource are linked or are 1 and the same.
    Or do they simply use the same prophet system.

    Yesterday I logged into my RAct and then clicked on a link to Mout and could not log back into RAct as I had changed my password on Mout which seemed to have affected my RAct account??? Strange.

    Exactly!

    They always used to email to say the link was there, didn't they, and I used to do it immediately.

    I don't have time to check all my TNS jobs every day to see if the link is there and then they have the audacity to send a stroppy, almost rude email if you don't click on the link within a nano-second of them putting it up.

    I did email them to comment abo9ut this, and ask if they could revert to sending the email when the link is there, and guess what ...... no reply!!!

    I've found that too, and also with some of my Sassie accounts .. I log into one, go to the next (which has same username and password) and I'm already in!
