On a lot of them it doesn't give a date, it just says mid march for instance, which doesn't help really.

We'll have to agree to disagree on this point then - I just took a look at old jobs in my account, along with jobs that are available, and it gives a date when they expect workpacks to be available.
I don't have time to check all my TNS jobs every day to see if the link is there and then they have the audacity to send a stroppy, almost rude email if you don't click on the link within a nano-second of them putting it up.

I did email them to comment abo9ut this, and ask if they could revert to sending the email when the link is there, and guess what ...... no reply!!!

As I have said, they do give a date when they expect workpacks to be released - so you shouldn't have to be checking back daily after you book the job. I asked about this a while ago and I gather it's all part of the ongoing changes and their intention to do away with mercury in the future.

just typing up my two travel agents from yesterday and now i really want to go on a nice beach/pool holiday! either destintion will be ok, i'm not fussy! i can't believe how cheap it is to go all inclusive 4* to some of the long haul places- less than £1000 for two weeks. i ended up spending that on a 2 week 2* self-catered s**thole in malia a few years ago by the time i included my spending money! bingo on tuesday so fingers crossed! :rotfl:

Did a visit this morning to a local attraction. Staff in ticket office did everything 100% correctly. Made the membership deal sound so good that I almost considered buying one, even though I already have a membership!! Wondered if she had sussed me out or if they knew there was a visit due. Just as I left the office the maintenance/groundsman came in.

Later on as I'm wandering round, I see him standing having a look around. When he sees me he starts heading in my direction! I change direction, so does he. Changed again, so did he. He eventually corners me, in a friendly and welcoming manner, and engages me in a discussion about the attraction and how i was enjoying it and was there anything I wanted to know?

Do you think I was sussed??? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

There's a few chemist jobs near me to apply for but the thing putting me off is the exit interview...some of them are pretty obsure places - what if no-one fills a prescription?? Can anyone that's done them before tell me whether there's a minimum wait?? ie wait 20 minutes and if no-one fills a presciption you can go - or are you hanging about indefinitely?

    Thanks

lol its funny when that happens.

We had a pub meal today (yuk) and the reheaters came out to talk to a mos then 5 mins later the other reheater came out, and as we left the door was very nearly opened and a cheery goodbye was said rather loudly! I was convinced we wouldn't get sussed but maybe we were lol!

I've just cancelled my application of the chemist jobs because of the exit interview! I didn't think much of it at first and then I thought 'Do I really want to me questioning people about prescriptions?' Plus I would have LO with me which I don't think ESA would allow for the audit thing.

Just reading through my questionnaire for tomorrow - I'm quite nervous :o

i have done about 8 and never done an interview. in most of mine i was the only customer or in others the customer left as i was being served. i have never waited around for someone to come out but i make sure i have the notes on that page so i can try and get someone either as i walk out the first time, walk back in or walk out the second time. i always look through the window though as if i knew someone was about to exit i would wait for them. never been queried, always been paid :T

wouldnt bother me if there was a customer as only 4 questions and they are not personal- unless its changed since christmas? i havent done any since november but it wont let me apply again :(
