Pardon ? Wrong because I said someone might have been speaking to a slightly stupid call centre staff member ? Do you know what kind of training they get ? Do you know the back office process ? Or how they hire staff ?
How is that wrong information or incorrect ?
I really have no clue what your problem is and I can not see where you have pulled me up (add whatever smilie face you like there)
If I am wrong with the advice I have given the ok but you asked if I knew something and I confirmed that I did. The fact that the person you spoke to did not is not my problem.
It might be the way you speak to people though> Ever thought of that ?

As I have said before I will make the effort to not offer any advice or assistance on your threads as I really really can not be bothered with this.

4 x slightly stupid call center staff unlikely IMHO and your opinion is worth what ?You are talking about a back office process ( nothing that people on the phone would be trained in) the staff if they do not look for further training can be rather stupid as the the training supplied at time of applying is more towards your ability to speak English then the knowledge of assessed charges ( as they would never assess the charges themselves)So it is more then likely to speak to people with not clue, try calling any utility company and asking the same question..You will more then likely get a different reply for each staff member, and of course there is the time in which they are meant to deal with a call and also the way you speak to them.(not that I have any doubt you are a nice polite kind person,add your favorite smilie there, I think this one is quite opt:silenced:)

Not missing anything, you asked if I knew something the call center staff did not and I said yes. If the best you have is that I said they were "slightly stupid" then really there is nothing worth talking about. As you seem to know nothing about how the call centers work it might be best to leave that topic alone.

I suggest moving on and finding someone else to play with cos really and truly I am bored with it all. Everything you have asked has been answered and if you don't like the replies then I can't help that.

There is a few posts of yours that people have said you were wrong. Your answer is that you are "going to withdraw your help" so its a bit of a pattern for you.

Ahh, so you can not prove I was wrong then, only what was said in some other thread ( did you go to all that time and search for my replies)
In fact I was right in that thread but withdrew my help as it was getting stupid. Read the whole thing as that might help you get your facts straight.

There has only been 2 times I have withdrawn my help..So not really a pattern in over 300 replies..One was to you which I stand by and one was about the swd of a property.

Read all the threads and see what was said and my response as some where not about being wrong more the way it was said.

Anyway you said my advice was incorrect when clearly you have not been able to show that..Are you making this a personal issue as you seem to be trying very hard ?
