Claire the wool ended, did you get it?
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0

Elfen, you have to put everything down. I get HRC for my mental health problems, I know it really hurts to have to admit to everything, but they'll have seen it all before and wont bat an eyelid. Have you spoken to someone like DIAL to get help with the forms, they're worth their weight in gold and they're really supportive.
I know what you mean about the psych. I told one of mine that I wanted help with using the phone because it took me days to work up to even phoning for a GP appointment. His answer was to phone a particular organisation. That was the last straw, I went to my GP and she got me referred to the consultant.
I know how hard it is to get the proper help, I started with MH problems in my early teens and I'm now 29 and only just getting help. I still don't have a CPN though, she disappeared when my diagnosis changed to 'only' borderline PD! I'd only seen her twice anyway.
As for crisis plans, mine is to phone the samaritans. Yeah, really helpful.
If you want to talk you know where I am.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

            I'm a freak.
Always have been, always will be.
Ames, I do the forms myself as I can't tell anyone else what's in my head, they'd get it confused or not understand. I have to do it, I tried to write stuff, but now all I think is I'm a freak. Cos it's true, normal people don't hear voices or have hallucinations or know there's camera and people watching their every move and that they can't go out to new places or go alone cos what if they find me and then I'll have nowhere to go hide.** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
 **SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.

Elfen, have you talked to Pint about how you feel? Or as Ames suggested calling DIAL for help with the forms and talking things over.
We're here for you at the end of the day and don't forget hat.
