    Buns - sending big squishy huggy things, you've had a rough time of it lately and I think you've really underestimated just how much rest you need to get yourself better. It's great that DH actually shared some of his worries with you, you can work as a team to sort things out.

    Lou - Hope you're ok too - sometimes you have to allow these thoughts to be thought through in order to get them out of your head...surpressing them doesn't always make them go away.


    The downside to having new handrails is that DH can't hold on to both rails and carry his stick up stairs.....we need an upstairs stick and a downstairs stick.....how posh! :D

    I know Pepe-its just that HE is stressed-they are trying to change pensions for all the FF's. He is on the 'old' pension and still has ages left to go (he has been in the brigade since 1998) but they want to put him on the 'new' one which is pants compared to what he has now...

    Changing the Pension Scheme is massively difficult Bun, especially with the FBU to deal with. But its not good for his head I agree....or yours!
