    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    Yes, they will. No-one's gonna believe all the !!!! that's in my head, am sure the psych only did something cos I got hysterical and screamed at her.

    Sounds like you are having a very difficult day. Wonder if the fact a few of us are having difficult times is because we came away from the party weekend feeling ready to take on the world, and are now tackling situations we had been afraid of before (so making life temporarily harder for ourselves but better in the long run)?

    Linda, I've been waiting months to get some form of help with going outside and doing things by myself (that involve talking to people and not shuffling up the road, head down, listening to music and compulsively checking my stuff) I'm still waiting for a referral to the psychosis team and seeing a CPN or getting therapy. If I lose my psych I'm fked....I've already been told "If you need to, phone the Duty nurse" blimming eck, she should know I don't do phones to people I don't know! I only manage SFE as I get angry and throw a wobbly.
