I'm really not sure. Have you tried making your order and going through the check out process.
If not, I would maybe order by phone using the sales codes and then you can probably pay by card.0 -
well, i rang up and the girl i spoke to created an account for me and is posting out the account details. (suppose its still possible to get it by sat!)She also asked if i wanted a directory or if i was happy to use website,so i said no to the directory - instantly saving me £3.75! Plus i am at work so using their phone!

She could only get me (reserve as not in stock) the items at todays (full) price. She said that if i had the codes, i could ring up and order over the phone when the sale is on. I would have to quote my address details to be able to do this. Just a risk whether or not the items are still in stock when i ring, but a bit of background work now and away we go! At least there is a way for new NEXT customers!
She was brilliant to be honest and i havent experienced that... well ... ever really!0 -
Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Even thought didn't get VIP slot as new account holder, managed to order all my sale items (although lots were out of stock already).0

Does anyone know if, now that lots have people have been buying up some bargains, whether my original order should still srrive tomorrow?
I've just tried adding some of the items to my basket that I ordered earlier that were 'in stock' but are now showing 'delayed up to 5 days'.
Do you think the orderes start getting prepared for despatch pretty much as soon as they are received?0 -
Were you a new account holder before today if that makes sense?! eg new account that you set up prior to today?! Hope i havent shot myself in the foot?!Sazere wrote:Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Has anyone had any problems with changing their delivery address?
I've just ordered loads in the sale and called customer service to change the delivery address and they said that their system will not allow this!
The reason I want to change the address is because I'm working away for the next month, I couldn't even have it delivered to a local store because they are too busy with the sale. I was able to change the address at xmas when I placed an order during the sale.
Now they have told me that they will contact the courier department and tell them not to deliver the order but to return it to the warehouse, in other words my order will have to be cancelled!
Never mind, just saved myself £200!

Manchester_Lucy wrote:Ahh no probs! I've just made my second order of the day! And I'll probably order even more once the actual sale is underway when I can see all the pictures on one screen and they alter the listings.

Me too ! and I work there so will grab any bargains I see as they come in on Saturday

Yes your original orders will come if they said they were available when you ordered them. They still take orders for stuff that is sold out as they know that so many people order and then return loads, thats why it may say a delay - if it says that its on a delay you MAY not get it...:rotfl:0
