  • I on the other hand have just won 30p on the Costa bingo freebie bingo. I win this about once a week . I usually play it through in the hope of winning something bigger .. no luck yet . I should perhaps let it build up and then withdraw later. Withdrawal limit is £30 so perhaps when / if I get to £5 I will deposit £25 and withdraw £30.
  • :(:(Just played it through ... Op winnings. Ok thats decided .. leave it in and let it build up.... may take an age but better than nothing

I have done the first exercise and listened to the CD , just need to listen to the CD again later. Its relaxing if nothing else.

    Hi,

I too have that book and just read it thought and listened the cd couple of times. I then decided that when I am ready to do it again - properly - I would spend a week for one paragraph to really allow it to sink in.

At the moment I have two focuses for my self improvement: running and getting my diet sorted (mealplans, etc etc)

    Hi Budgie ,

just read the nightmare re West Wing. Best laid plans and all that;).

Must say I am impressed at you thinking of Christmas presents in APRIL:eek::eek:. I don't worry about that until December , then again I am in debt ... you are not.... Go figure;)

    Hi 40sm,

It was reading a Martin Lewis piece ages ago re: Christmas, he says it doesn't just happen, we all know its coming but people tend to leave everything until the last thing. Thus putting a strain on our finances. So I tend to buy things as I see them throughout the year. Its been working really well and I can knotch up a hamper now in no time. ;)

Well done on paying the council tax, I know you have had to put it on your card but it really is a must pay now bill. It really is not worth leaving it.

Well done on Paul Mckenna I have the: I can make you thin and sleep. They are relaxing but I have alot of difficulty sleeping. I haven't listened to: change your life in 7 days. I shall watch with interest how you get on.

I hope work was ok today and that you are able to have a good evening when you get home.

Hugs to you and the boys, keep smiling mate and keep positive.
You are doing really well, be mindful of not getting down, I know myself it is so easy to do. My new resolution is to try and worry much less.

So big hugs and lots of Budgie love (())

I'm with you on the TAB bingo but I figure it's all free and I know others have won on here, you never know!

Bummer to the Council Tax, I hate it when it's time to repay it again - they are so inconsiderate expecting us to pay such huge sums!

Aaarrgghhh Xmas - I've started putting money away if that counts?
    1st debt - Next [STRIKE]£583.32[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£408.71 [/STRIKE] £0 :j
    2nd debt - MBNA - £6,618.52

First lump sum to go - fingers crossed!
    08/06/09 - [STRIKE]£11,497.68[/STRIKE] NOW - £9,757.75
