Hope you had a fabby day yesterday.

    Hi Taxi.

Yes I did have a fabby day yesterday!!:)

DH and I did not go to lunch as planned instead we all went to Pizza Hut in the evening instead. The boys do know how to behave when out so it was really nice for us all to sit down to a meal together without the usual squabbling and chants of "barbie girl" etc:rotfl:.

I had a glass of wine there and 1or 3 when I got home so feeling a bit heady this morning:( Also the combination of garlic & wine means that my mouth tastes like something as died in it:o . I am just about to have some green tea with mint ( freebie) to try and cleanse my palate;).

    Have a good day all.:)

  • Palate now cleansed:p Not sure about the tea though;)

As far as goal setting goes ..... I am going to buy myself a big notebook and carry around with me for the next week or so , everytime I have an idea I will make a note of it. Also every time something annoys me I will also note it down as this may also be something I need to change.Ie the state of my house:o

Now got to go to work .

    Have a good day everyone.

Glad you had a nice day yesterday.
The note book is a great idea.
Hope you've had a good day at work.
  • I like the notebook idea. I have these fleeting positive ideas that roll around in my head and aren't given the chance to get any further than that.

It's the old "Physician, heal thyself" adage.
But it's also said, what you focus on comes true - so maybe the notebook is the start of something and a step in the right direction :)

I'd like to be a life coach but I think I'd need to get my affairs in order first....

Must have a family holiday this year . We have not had one for 4 years:eek:. Infact I have not had more than a couple of days of in about that time, other than Christmas, illness & the snow

Reduce my debt by £6000 by next birthday.

Get down to 9 stone. I am 9.5 so not a lot to lose really.

    Thats about it so far.:)

I am also setting myself a challenge for the next 4 weeks but I will have to let you know about it later as I now should be at work :(

Feeling a bit:( this morning . I think it may be PMT .:(

Catch you all later . 8.5 hrs to do today:)
  • Good luck with the goals. I AM 9st but think I would like to be 8.5! Mind you, am only 5ft 2. We're never happy are we? Am not going to diet as such but just cut out some carbs. Just had big walk with puppy so that's some exercise at least.

    Have a good week
