    Hey there Mike

Isn't part of this BBC interview to do with the legal loopholes?
Are the Beeb aware of this too and can their researchers give you any direction in taking the next step?

Sorry mate, no practical help with how these things work but always here to nudge you along when you're weary.

Dominic may be able to offer advice in the morning....hope so. With the legal system the way it is, maybe we should all become crooks!... not that I could sleep at night knowing I ripped someone off but another rant at how the law seems to protect the guilty & screw over the innocent!

Letters great, they always are! but as I don't know about the procedures, all I can do is wish you well.

There are a number of opinions quoted that might not stand up in court if he did threaten action for libel - mike/the author would have to prove the case. i am not about to repeat them.

The other factor is that you want this guy blind-sided and tripped up in open court, not advised as to your tactics and well prepared.

Oh and I won thanks to the help and advice received on here. I couldn't have done it without them all.

Yep - DFW turned a terrified mouse into a roaring lioness who won her case in court.

Hope you are not going to sue me ICAWSM?:rotfl:

Can I ask you to re-read your thread and just think how useful the information on here might be to the man you are trying to nail? This is a public forum and the information provided means that you could possibly be identified.

Given that you are trying to take legal action and that there is likely to be publicity that might enable him to pick up on this thread, I think you need to edit a lot of your posts and certainly to take down all your letters.

I for one would be seeking to find out where you got your advice, if i was him and would google large chunks of the text of letters.

I understand your concern, but I'm going public tomorrow anyway (8 million viewers will know my name and part of my address. This berk knows where I live anyway. Hell, he destroyed the place.

All the figures I've quoted are from the Registry Trust website, a publicly searchable database. The figures relating to my personal finances (grand name for sod all) are mine to publish. The facts of my case are mine to share surely?

Someone reading this could infer my strategy had I not delayed writing some things until they were public or I'd done 'em. I don't write 'what I'm going to do' and I haven't slandered him or threatened or harrassed him in any way.

OK not everyone may like this, but there are no names. But if anyone would like me to tell them the name and address of any builders in West Sussex they should avoid, I feel able to tell them?

I respect your views and know many people on here rate what you say. I would not disagree with you, but I hope I've been thoughtful enough in what I say. If you spot something risky, I will delete it and be grateful to you for your help.

Oh and please do listen to RAS, he talks a lot of sense. He helped me before when I had a court case and I am very glad I removed my letters and edited my info accordingly.

    Absolutely agree.

Don't underestimate how much your wishes mean. This is getting a bit lonely!
