I haven't found the local papers to be supportive. Too busy covering council meetings and crowning of Carnival Queens round here.

When is he coming to my house and with what? Do I need to set the alarm? So long as it's not a burning rag, he's welcome!




And what, pray, is a lilac vole? And what are you saving them from?

LOL - a voile. they are a more modern version of a net curtain - I have some door sized ones in lilac. Sounds like you won't need us all to give you random house stuff any more tho, as you will have your fancy american fridge

OH assumed we needed to come round with some stuff for you. I guess they will sort you out with lots of stuff but is there anything you know you will still need?

Thank you! So am I. And 'excited' doesn't really do it justice.

Now starts the paperwork, CRB checks... lots of it. Worth it though!

Just read your post about the tv people coming to visit.... I haven't been active on the thread much but have been reading, and seeing you so close to getting the house sorted nearly had tears in my eyes!!
