Long time lurker just popping in to say good Luck for tonight Mike.
SouthernBellE - try emailing jeremy.darroch@bskyb.com as well. I think he is a director or something. We emailed him on Saturday and everything was sorted by the following Monday."Dance like nobody's watching; love like you've never been hurt. Am off to work soon so just sticking my head through one of the holes in the wall (;)) to wish you all the best for tonight Mike.
Was thinking of borrowing DD's mega heels and some bling for the event but not sure it would go down well with management. Also I would probably fall over.

She will probably escalate it to the main Sky press centre. Your main points are the effect on your DS, a party of friends you're holding tonight to watch a friend on television and a DH working abroad whom you may need to call as a relative is critically ill. (The last bit's optional, maybe something similar involving DS). And say the £10 is an insult and represents less than a month's
subscription which you've already paid and haven't had. Sound very cross but polite and tell them exactly what you expect them to do by 6pm this evening or the party will be ruined and everyone will be in tears and talking to the local rag about how disgustingly you have been treated. They may lend you a 3g usb dongle for the time being.
If that fails, use a portable telly or pop next door for 10 minutes and hijack a neighbour's wifi connection. Someone always leaves it unsecured. Costa, McDonald's and Burger King, Wetherspoons and Happy Eater offer free wifi even though you may have to buy the cheapest thing on the menu to get their password. Probably a small soft drink or two nuggets which you don't even have to eat.

Oh dingle dongle!!...:p Hellooo, my record, complaints!! ?
Told Sky to shove it! Now they won't let me keep the phone & broadband without the tv package!!
Hated to do it, but I've called back Virgin and arranged a new contract! (neighbours not an option, I like them even less...ssshhh!)
Might be left without a phone for a few hours but the good news is I'll be here! Yay me!!:j:j:j
Bad news is that Sky may now try to charge me phone line installation!
Too happy to complain about that today, just chuffed that I won't miss anything tonight!
How you doing today Mr Wobbly?;)PROUD MEMBER OF

Wobbly...
If they haven't got the sense God gave a loaf of bread and can't even handle a simple changeover, they ain't getting a penny. If you paid by card it's probably the card issuer's problem if you ring them now and warn them.
Sky might just find a few hundred emails up their inbox demanding justice for the Hampshire One...

Mike...have you thought of contacting BBC news South East to get them to do a follow up tomorrow. The more publicity the better - the power of the internet and all that. Guess your local paper is fully aware, don't leave a stone unturned - you never know what help might come forward in the coming days - got to keep the momentum rolling.
OK so no prawns - I've taken some Paella out of the Freezer and some Hot X Buns - might make a bread pudding. decided on gin-less tonic, Ice and Lemon for me. Got a range of other stuff too - get your orders in earlier cause I will be on my bum from 6.45 - don't plan to miss a single second. Sky-Plus is primed and my outfit chosen. Floaty blue blouse with matching cami, tracky bottoms, socks and slippers - where are the Paps??
Can we assume Mike, that you will be suitable primed with Dutch Courage in large quantities? Who are you sharing your 42 inches with? Tell All. Janetmember # 12 of Skaters Club

Good luck for to-night Mike, I'll be watching from this wind blown, snow buried corner of Scotland, and its only 10 miles outside of Glasgow. Due to adverse conditions, I will be dressed in woolly vest, big pants, several fleece layers and my snowsuit on top, but will be waving you on, even if it is difficult to move my actual arm in all these clothes!

No swooning SouthernBelle - you have food and drink to prepare for tonight because you are way behind. We don't seem to have any garlic bread at this party. Haven't seen any salad either. Get moving, time is marching on. You can do your swooning when Mike pops up at 7pm - if he ain't swoon material we can pitch all the food at the telly. Don't let us down Mike - revenge is sweet - forget your bloody builder!! WE are the force to be reckoned with.member # 12 of Skaters Club

All things considered I think we can forget the paps - too many slobs tonight - but at least we will be warm. Pure dead dopey - get the chillies out, consume in quantity and you won't need the layers.member # 12 of Skaters Club
