'ello, 'ello...what have we here then?! SB... did ya miss me??? No one else seems to except perhaps the cat when she hasnt been fed! :D

All you Hants girlies and I live in Wilts - we could have a partay over at SB's and drink all her baileys!

I have been having a bloody turn at insurance companies. They are just as useless as bloody tradesmen! Yes, I did find one of those, and yes, I did manage to get him to come round to quote, yes, I did nearly snap his hand off, and no, he hasn't started the work! I would guess something else came up!!!!

Saxy, I thought of you today as I came across an advocacy threat. How the hell can you turn that into 3000 words I do not know...but I hear you have a new wheelbarrow. What colour is it??

Surbybird...I luuuuuuurrrrrrrrrvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee shoes! Posh Spice has nothing on me when it comes to height of heels. Mind you, I am over 6ft tall in heels! I have been selling some of my collection though to pay for renovation. So far, by selling stuff I have raised nearly £2k! But I have kept a few "special" pairs. How many more of us live in building sites??

niccatw - I love Frankie Boyle. He is so un-pc it's refreshing!

And young Michael, how are we today? I swear that thing coming out of the toilet has been known to decamp to my mouth after a night out! Any feedback yet?

  • WELL DONE SAXY!!!! Bet you're glad that's out of the way! Bless ya, no time for a rest yet then!...weekend will be here soon enough....enjoy your Jack! You deserve it!:j

Surbybird.....Jimmy choo's..who's he? In good old 'ampshire what you need is a good pair of wellies! I have a very nice blue pair with big coloured spots on AND a very fetching pair from homebase, stone coloured background with large black floral print, even came with a matching bag! (you need the bag coz we have BITING SPIDERS and ADDERS!!)

Yo Red, Of course I missed you! You too with jimmy choos!! 6ft in heels, How many inches? I can't even stand straight in heals anymore! (Its me wellies for me!!). Party anytime, but only 1 bottle of me Baileys!!! Now how on earth did you make 2k on selling shoes. I couldn't make a quarter of that on clothes, shoes & jewellery combined. (wouldn't get rid of the wellies!) Was you one of those shopoholics I've heard tale about?:rotfl:

Ooo I just thought, maybe Mike could give me lessons in strutting in heels! You know, like that one does on Americas Next top model! (I'd be happy to be able to walk without the T!ts first, a55 comes later look!):rotfl:

Welcome back Niccatwa & thank you so much for the message. It meant a lot. I think you're smashing!;)

Mike, I hope you're back to your work & your visit from your friend was nice but over! You've got work to do so no dilly dallying!

Talking of which, so have I, my pile of queries & paperwork seems to be getting bigger instead of smaller. Under pressure to be finished by friday..that's when DS will be home from trip & want his computer back the little s....weetheart!

    Be back later!

Hi Mike, just popped in quick before skipping over to PPI forum (I'm getting in a right muddle!! ....Nothing new in that though:rotfl:

Feeling better about the work today? Hope so...your confidence will be back before you know it. Don't hide your good news from your group sessions (when you're badly depressed, it feels as though it will never end & life will never be any better, your change around within the last couple of months will help them see life can get better...some hope that it will for them too) Besides, I didn't think you were supposed to pi55 on your own chips!!:rotfl:...

Feeling OK today. Bit of a tidy round this morning then went with my friend to the harbour for fish and chips and an ice cream with two flakes and just talked ourselves hoarse.

surbybird, i'm sure mike has a fine collection of jimmy choos. It's just finding the best place to show them off what with the pet 'gator in the loo wanting to steal them. And sometimes his socks clash... I'm sure there's loads you can teach him!

shhhhhhh....! I only told you in confidence!

this is definitely more my style! And i've still not learned over the years! Mind you, i always was a slow learner. Apparently it's because i'm a taureen! Dunno how that works!
i'm taurean too. Once we learn we never forget. Same with grudges... .

That screen better not still be blank mike! Or you're gonna have me to answer too ;).
nope, all done, dusted and handed in. Apparently what he wanted, so a small yaaaaay for me.

Indeed quite new to Hampshire (arrived here from Surrey last April) and have not heard of Hampshire Hogs until today.

The neighbours aren't particularly impressed by the sight of me up a ladder fixing my house while wearing high heels though. They think I am a bit odd, frankly. Whereas I thought everyone wore Jimmy Choos when painting window ledges.

    :D

    K

(apologies to Mike for hijacking his dodgy builder thread with talk of Jimmy Choos!)

No, that's quite all right. Carry on.
