WELL DONE SAXY!!!! Bet you're glad that's out of the way! Bless ya, no time for a rest yet then!...weekend will be here soon enough....enjoy your Jack! You deserve it!:j

Surbybird.....Jimmy choo's..who's he? In good old 'ampshire what you need is a good pair of wellies! I have a very nice blue pair with big coloured spots on AND a very fetching pair from homebase, stone coloured background with large black floral print, even came with a matching bag! (you need the bag coz we have BITING SPIDERS and ADDERS!!)

Yo Red, Of course I missed you! You too with jimmy choos!! 6ft in heels, How many inches? I can't even stand straight in heals anymore! (Its me wellies for me!!). Party anytime, but only 1 bottle of me Baileys!!! Now how on earth did you make 2k on selling shoes. I couldn't make a quarter of that on clothes, shoes & jewellery combined. (wouldn't get rid of the wellies!) Was you one of those shopoholics I've heard tale about?:rotfl:

Ooo I just thought, maybe Mike could give me lessons in strutting in heels! You know, like that one does on Americas Next top model! (I'd be happy to be able to walk without the T!ts first, a55 comes later look!):rotfl:

Welcome back Niccatwa & thank you so much for the message. It meant a lot. I think you're smashing!;)

Mike, I hope you're back to your work & your visit from your friend was nice but over! You've got work to do so no dilly dallying!

    !

All work completed on time and on budget. Problem is he's given me another bit of picture research to do for tomorrow. e.g. Find 8 free photographs to go in a directors' report which portray 'motivation'. Then another 8 for 'employee satisfaction'... and so on. It's difficult and they won't accept any amusing or sarcastic ones. And nothing abstract or weird. Or rude. Gonna be a long evening...

I got some good advice here when I first started....

Well, that's easy. Motivation - shoes, handbags, jewellery, clothes, DB9, renovated houses, holidays on far away shores and finally....purple wheelbarrows!!

Employee satisfaction - decent pay for decent job done, good boss, lots of holidays, give and take, not being taken for granted, acknowledgement, decent eye candy.

Just give him Maslows Hierachy of Needs but in pictures! :D

    There you go. All done.

Pigs cleared for take off...got that feeling still of excitement and apprehension? You are good, just believe it.

Oh and Im a Taurean too and my grudges are never ending!

SB - I could shop for England! I made it on jewellery (£800) and a bunch of Karen Millen stuff. I also have the other beech work top up for sale at the moment (I paid £1 for it!!!) However, since I bought Lil (the house) I have turned into the biggest tight wad going as I am now broke!

I bet Mike wears heels better than any of us. :D

I wouldn't mind getting me gaff done over by that nice Mr Knowles though.

All you Hants girlies and I live in Wilts - we could have a partay over at SB's and drink all her baileys!

Could I have a Bombay Sapphire with bitter lemon and a slice of lime instead, please? Not keen on Baileys unless it is poured over ice cream.
