  • I called the cancellation dept and told'em straightaway that I wanted to leave. The lady asked me why?!?! So haggled on their previous offer (see my 1st message on the thread) and got the good deal I mentioned on my earlier post.
    After a week I still haven't seen the new phone although they have charged me for it, and will have to wait for next month's bill to find out if they have really reduced my tariff... knowing how they operate it wouldn't surprise me if they have increased it!! In that case what would I do? :rolleyes:
