shopping at Aldi, bill came to £49.87,and we had soooo much inc a bottle of wine. Best bargin though is the herb pots ,parsley etc, which i will pot up into good compost in bigger pots and allow to grow on,and a tray of "living salad leaves" ,,mixed cut and come again seedlings basically, instead of eating them they will be going into the veg plot to grow big."The purpose of Life is to spread and create Happiness" :j0

ALSO... you get free extras when you use your card - like free extra shots, syrups or.... WHIPPED CREAM!
Get one - it gives you freebies :T:T:T.
That's Where all my freebies came from - only slightly annoying thing is that we have 3 cards (me, OH & mum) so have always had 3 lots of any vouchers in the past but this time only the OH's ones turned up in the post so we only had 3 free drinks not 9still 3 is better than zero!!!
I have been given way more freebies from Starbucks than I originally spent on the cards, but then over the years I have spent too much in Starbucks, when we had more money it used to be our relaxing treat to go to Starbucks on a Sunday arvo, read the papers then mooch round the shops before heading home.A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -
I got a delia smith chicken cookery book off freecycle this weekend0

Repotted the wilting cabbage plug plants I bought in MrM into bigger pots. 50p for 15 plants! :j0

Stayed in today so didn't spend anything!
Yesterday I gave my mum some bubble bath as we prefer showers in our house, tin of cherries - I'm never going to cook anything with them, plus a few other bits from tidying the kitchen cupboards, my mum gave me an empty shoe box! :rotfl:A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -
Yesterday I was given some slug pellets, organic fertilizer pellets & a small wooden stool

Our local Co-op had Kellogs Krave on offer and like a twit I bought some. The kids loved it and were bugging me to get some more, by this time EVERYWHERE I looked the price about 2.38 for a 350g box. No way for a mum who thinks porridge is an extravagance!
Anyways pottering around Lidl's stocking up yesterday, when i spotted "Crownfield Nougat Pillows". Lo and behold the same chuffin thing! For a special half-term treat I bought a 700g box for 1.99
Happy smileys all round!:j
