In the overpayment tab, what if you make a one-off overpayment say of a few thousand and then continue with monthly overpayments?0

Very easy to use and intuative, but as stated above you cannot make a lump sum deposit as well as monthy overpayment. Keep up the good work thoMortgage Free as of 31/5/11 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j0

The only thing i didn't like is the fact you have to round your mortgage period up or down in years, my mortgage period is 10 years 7 months but i had to either round it up to 11 years or down to 10. These months do make a difference. It would also help if the graph showed every year not just 3,6,9.
Looks great though, but would prefer it to be more exact!0 -
This is great, it's helped me work out all sorts of scenarious for the current remortgage we are looking at....perfect timing as it's saved me LOADS of time. Thanks so much for everything you people do!Natwest Card 27.06.10 (reduce every month) £267.63

Hi Dan
I don't know if this idea is a feasible one for the basic calc, but is there a way to show payments, if the interest rate went up?
For example, we shall be looking to buy at the end on of the year, and my OH wanted to know if the interest rate is currently at 6%, what happens if the rate increases to 10%, would we still be able to pay for it ???
So I had entered the info and just changed the percentage amount, is there way of showing both lots of info eg in a graph...
Just an idea.

It's good - but mortgage term does need to go up to 35 years (I was young and foolish when I got it!)0
