The Ditch the fix is either confusing or worded incorrectly - I've found that it adds 800 pounds for legal fees etc, but if you have no ERC's (again 210,000 at say 4.29%) and leave everything else, you need a negative interest rate.
Only by change the "How long until the charge ends?" selection can you change the outcome. Surely this should be remaining length of mortgage?0 -
