Atos medical assessment, something weird happend, advice needed

ringing between 8 and 9 only for sicknote is common for lots of practices, mine does the same.
no prebooked appointments available for anyone. appointments with specific doctors ring between 8 and 9 each day. emergency appointments made throughout the day with the duty dctor.
its to try and ensure anyone needig a doctor gets to see one, and i think that needs to take priority dont you.0 -

i do think its right that emegency appointments take priority if you read the post though they had a "better" system in place a few years ago.
any way another update called IS/IB to find out why i was only paid half money (expecting to be the sick note) it wasnt that (the sick note) it was due to a contribution review they have discovered i wasnt suppose to be on income support but incapacity benefit instead and IS hadnt informed them what TOP UP amount i was to recieve so they couldnt pay me (typical) asked about my results of my medical that information they couldnt tell me as she couldnt find them will have to ring monday now to see if they've been found! sick note was ok as it was in on the last day of the 10 day grace period.0 -

i have passed the medical! or failed a fitness test wich ever way you think of it lol.
doctors screwed up my anti-depressants today my repeat is 40mg and they gave me 20mg scrpit i havent had 20mg tabs since january, when i rang them to find out how this mix up happened (part my fault didnt check script before i left but had my reasons) she said ive never recieved 40MG tablets before so explained that since january i had the dose increased by doc and it should be on my notes! she read out my notes over the phone saying on the last appointment with my GP in relation to your depression you had 40MG tablets!!!! i said yes correct so why do i have......... she then interupted and said oh yes my mistake do appologise ... mistakes do happen but the happen quite often with my GP's surgery though like my inhalers the just cant seem to figure out that i am on 1 150 ventolin inhaler and 2.5 ventolin nebules and a 500mg seretide diskhaler they quite often give me 1 100mg ventolin (breatheasy pump but when i cant breath it wont actuate! so have to have a manual press canister) 250 seretide inhaler so quite often my regular chemist call surgery and ask permission to correct it!
but anyway no more sick notes thank god my mind cant cope at mo,0 -

Criminal charges of MALADMINISTRATION, MIS-DIAGNOSIS, GROSS NEGLIGENCE can potentially be sought against Atos and DWP.
Remember, if there is proof of mis-intent from Atos doctor and his-her report differs wildly from your medical records, this could be grounds for getting this bent quack struck off.
Always ask examining health professional to see their credentials. They might NOT be qualified to judge your condition.
You can ask to see what examiner has entered into the computer after each question DURING examination. If you dont like what you see you can force them to change it.

A BBC investigation has heard claims of seriously ill patients being told they are fit enough to work and denied benefit payments.
Two former doctors for the private healthcare company Atos, which carries out the medical assessments have expressed concerns that the checks are being done too quickly and that the system is biased towards declaring people fit for work.
BBC Scotland's Social Affairs Reporter, Fiona Walker, has been investigating why some of those who had high hopes for ESA say it has been a failure.
Employment Support Allowance, or ESA, is replacing Incapacity Benefit. It's supposed to support the very sick, and as people get better, help them get back into the workplace.
The government said it wanted to get a million people back to work by 2015 but more that one year after introducing ESA, it says it can't measure how many people the scheme has got back into the workplace.
During the investigation, we've heard claims that terminally ill patients are being told to attend back-to-work interviews while they apply for the new benefit.
We also heard concerns that the medicals are declaring seriously ill people as fit enough to go to work.
One of the patients we spoke to was Maureen Leitch. She says she was called in for a medical assessment just a few weeks after undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy for vulval cancer.
She was declared fit for work and told she wasn't entitled to ESA.
She said: "I was struggling terribly with the whole cancer. I was in extreme pain… It was a whole load of hassle, and aggravation that I didn't need at the time I was going through the journey of the cancer… I feel insulted and badly let down, with the system."
Maureen appealed the decision and it was overturned, meaning she was eventually awarded the benefit.
Currently, there are 44, 000 people waiting for their appeals to be heard. More than a third of people are winning their appeals.
Charities and organisations including Citizens' Advice Bureau, say they're worried that thousands of pounds of taxpayers' money is being wasted because of the number of people going to appeal.
Everyone we've interviewed for this investigation agrees that getting people back to work can be good for them.

What they're concerned about is the way the system is working in practice.
Dr Chris Johnstone is a GP in Paisley. His work to help his patients back to work helped shape the ESA policy.
He said: "I have no problem with a rigorous medical assessment done in a supportive fashion.
"But I think if you have a slipshod one done, as it appears to be anecdotally, that's unfair for the people going through the system. It feels like some of it is done inappropriately and it's almost being done to save money rather than to look after people."

A lot of incorrect points here but I will just mention two.
You cannot insist the medical is recorded, you can ask but it is likely to be declined. If you do get permission it will have to be carried out by a professional and the claimant will have to pay for it.

From EXPERIENCE yes they are. They request your medical records but rather than use those they prefer joe public to incriminate themselves due to his-her lack of medical expertise instead.
I have documented proof that they DO NOT always interrogate you on the conditions that you say you have in your ib50 or what is on your medical records. This is evident from my documents that the medical officer ignored 1 Major condition. In the decision makers report the decision maker acknowledges this condition as being on the IB50 yet there is no mention of it in the doctors examination report.
I wonder why ?
Also, if your take any medical evidence with your to your medical get the doctor to acknowledge receipt of such evidence or you have no proof you have handed this in.
If these doctors are being honest they why would they refuse permission to be recorded or why would Atos decline such an offer. If any false alegations are made against these doctors for an inept examination, you would think these doctors would like a way to prove they were entirely honourable would you not ?
Atos have 9 count of this type of fraud issued against them in america. These lawsuits were brought about by thousands of people. Atos lost all 9 suits.

"Reasonable accommodation" means necessary and appropriate modification and adjustments not imposing a disproportionate or undue burden, where needed in a particular case, to ensure to persons with disabilities the enjoyment or exercise on an equal basis with others of all human rights and fundamental freedoms;
These are INALIENABLE human rights, if these ae denied it is a crime against humanity, effectively a war crime. An audio recording request cannot be denied and must be allowed.
If their doctors do not permit themselves to be recorded the onus is still with Atos to find one that will or medical cannot go ahead.
