Where can I sell my textbooks?

Hey...I don't know if this is the right place to post this so let me know if I should post this elsewhere. I have loads of old A Level textbooks and revision guides. They aren't that old, say 2 years-ish. I want to sell them because I never use them anymore (I'm in Uni). I've tried ebay but alot of revision guides don't seem to be selling well so I'm afraid to list them on there in case they don't sell.
I've signed up to a site called academic book trade and listed some of the books I have on the website. I've had no interest so far from buyers. I was wondering if anyone has sold their books, where they did it etc, or even if you have any ideas about good sites to sell on, then please let me know. Thanks!

I havent sold books myself, but have often bought second-hand books from amazon marketplace, so may be best to try there

Amazon every time. I sold a load of text books last year. They may not shift over the summer but when all the students get their reading lists in september watch them fly0

Amazon - sorry - what? I thought they sold their own stock, or are they like ebay now? what? eh? huh? *scratches head*0

Amazon Marketplace is definately a good place for selling books as it's probably the most popular online bookstore and your item gets listed in the right categories with the right book information.
Just check out the fees and what they automatically allow you for postage - you might need to add a little onto the book price to make up to the cost of posting the book.
For those of you who don't know what Amazon Marketplace is, yes Amazon did and still do sell their own stock, you'll also find many, many of their products have 'Used & New' listings from other people selling the same product, Amazon make money on these sales too with their cut of the costs. Amazon handle all the checkout and payment processing so it's dead easy - once your item sells you get an e-mail saying 'despatch this now' basically.0 -
I've always found ebay to be good for popular books. I sold some medicine text books and they went for more than the cover price. There are some, crazy, crazy people out there!April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200
