the student union are now trying to sort it out the hardship fund find out if there is any money left doing what they can. I think its now coming down to the fact I keep chasing them but how come they keep losing my stuff they have my birth certificate and everything else i sent in by recorded next day delivery but has lost my husbands earnings which were altogther lsent by recorded delivery. This is purely poor workmanship on their behalf loose it once maybe but loose it internally twice now what on earth0

I can empathise, my paperwork was lost 3 times, all of them sent via Recorded Delivery, but once they entered their building PUFF they vanished!! They are very efficient about asking for the money back once you are earning enough.
Have you been and seen someone face to face in the Income Office?0 -
The SLC are ridiculously slow and seriously messed up this year. I applied in March for my funding for my 2nd year and it took them until October to sort it out and tell me what I was entitled to and I still didn't get my first payment. Had to convince uni I was coming back, and get an extension on housing. Finally got my money in December
I ngeneral they have screwed up!0 -
I have been threatened with this twice by my university this year!!
I called and explained I had sent my forms in and made an agreement to make a small payment towards fees, I paid 40 quid!LuV_oR_h8_Me0 -

I got told it's because it enters the building, gets signed for and then goes off to another department.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

Off topic, I just had a student submit their online application at 13:34. All assessed, approved and paperwork issued before 2pm.
Frantically hitting refresh waiting for someone else to apply now.0 -

Those things could've been done without your parents forms though, so he's not actually done a great deal.0
