If you only want the GPS for in car navigation then I would suggest a Parrot 3400 LS-GPS combined in car kit and gps receiver.I have a cunning plan!

Benefon does/used-to make phones with GPS built in. We've got one at work but it's years old and very basic.
I don't know if they do fancier ones now at all, but might be worth a Google.0 -
I have just ordered the Mio A701 from Expansys. It cost me £31.95 up front, plus £35 a month for 12 months, although you can reduce that to the minimum tarriff after 6 months without penalty.
