I am speechless!!!

Just got home to find a letter from Egg, confirming they uphold my complaint and they are refunding me 6,861.66 GBP!!!!!!!!!!!

All this from one letter, I am so thankful for this site and the help from all people that post on here!!!

Well today I got a letter...from me!

The original letter I sent to the wrong address finally bounced back through the post system. Ah well, I'm sure the Derby address will bear more fruit!

Today a letter arrived from Egg.

All my PPI will be refunded in 10-14 working days, with £226.85 interest added

That's a total of £897.11!! :j

We followed the template letters etc on here to reclaim PPI from an Egg loan. They refused to accept, we continued with the FOS and they upheld our complaint and told Egg to pay up. So we are just waiting to here what the settlement is from Egg. The FOS have said that once we received the amount, to forward it onto them and they will check that Egg have calculated it correctly. Its taken a while but the FOS have been great.
