Egg Success!

Wow - I'm totally amazed at how straight forwards this was. I sent Egg an SAR request last month, and followed that up with an initial request for a refund due to misselling. I was expecting to be knocked back at the first attempt, but just two days after posting, they resonded with both a 'we are looking into your complaint' letter and a 'we have arranged to refund you ~£3500' letter. :rotfl:

Totally gobsmacked about how hassle free it was.

Thanks Martin!

I'm in the same boat, 2 letters but no response. If someone could post the address they used that would be seriously appreciated.

    Thanks :)
