Oh poor you, I am not sure if it helps but I always try to have as warm a bath as I can stand and try to almost 'burn the heat out of the sunburn'. Mine is not too bad today, hope yours' is better.

Nothing listed today but some watchers on the 6 l listed last night so all go!
Still trying to get to grips with the low carb dieting but I am gaining 7lbs between monring weigh in and evening on, which mostly comes off by next morning. I had lost 7lb but put 2.5lb back on last week! I am not so sure what is going wrong.

Couldnt sleep. DH snoring away peacefully and I just gave up. Today I was to have a lie in due to first appt not being to 11am but not a chance apparently!
Put on another 2lb - not happy

Bl00dy A&L have reapplied for their loan, which already bounced this month and of course there was no money in the bank and so ANOTHER £25 - God I am fed up with this.............it is just impossible to get ahead.
