Hey, it's critical illness with decreasing term assurance. 29 years cover for £85k, with Fortis Life and its £23.95pm...
I probably could have got it cheaper if I looked around more but that just got my head in a tizzy! I was happy enough to shave a tenner off (though, to be honest, when I called, I did tell a little white lie about my oldpremium 'cos I'm a bit cynical that way
).

I do believe I get paid on Wednesday and I have money in the bank - amazing. I am not sure that has ever happened. This of course means that I will have NO CHARGES to A&L this month and those of you who have listened to my rants from the start will remember that A&L charges were a huge issue for me! Nah. My sister sent my 11 year old neice and her friend 'to keep me company' on my first day off!
But I did manage to
- vacumn downstairs and wash the floors
- put a wash on and dry it
- tidy ebay stuff
- wrap and post 11 parcels
- go to Dr
- collect DH perscription
