I found rather more toxins on my list than I had anticipated.....so I certainly have my work cut out - baby steps though!

Enjoy the proms in the park - that is my idea of fun - hope the weather is reasonable for you x

Oh, forgot to say, a lot of my "toxins" are simply down to my way of dealing with things. So if I don't allow myself to be bothered about something, it won't be toxic any more. That is the bit that needs work on, as much or if not more than just ditching the clutter!!

Oh yes I can certainly relate to that - reaction is everything!! And I do worry alot about stuff I can't change and about people not liking me if I don't behave how I think they expect me to.

So many of my toxins, with the exception of cc, are internal which means they are even harder work LOL

  • I have to start thinking about my debt as part of my life for the present rather than a huge milestone that ways me down and affects every sense of my being.

I am managing and I will continue to manage and I WILL clear it when the time comes!
