Oh, so you didn't find the whoopee cushion I left on your seat, then? And where did the bucket of water I left over the door to your thread go? ;)

    Morning Peeps

Ran out of instant coffee, so had to make do with the real stuff - oh despair :)

Chq in so of course more money out - wages to be paid today so thats it all gone!

Have worked out I need £5500 to cover the month, (thats obviously ALL debt payments, LOL if that was just personal I would be in a cardboard box) and should, with very careful budgeting (incl Hypno challenge of £100 on food), be able to make it!

Next month (Sept) the business debt payments half and so that leaves me not so tight with finding money and I will start to create business 'buffer' i.e. buying more stock for leaner months of Dec Jan Feb when I want to make minimum payments because income drops significantly.

And that like all best laid plans........................

But it's a plan, and therefore a good start! :)

Like the idea about buying extra stock, BTW: very good thinking ahead there. x

LOL funny you should say that

DH just rang to say 'reduced' packaging we were buying is down to last 5000 - so have told him to buy it all as it is half price, however that will only last 5 weeks and then we have to find alternative................as don't want to pay double what we are paying now. But at least this gives us some breathing space to find new supplier.

Off to PO to post ebay parcels and get wages from bank for happy employee's.

Woo to the watch! Great news.
Less woo to inferior millionaire's shortbread, if you are wasting money & calories on a treat it has to be good.

My complaint exactly Helen and I even, against my better judgement, went for the more expensive packet
