OMG there is loads and loads of tools, DIY stuff, door knobs, glue, string. - It is a right 'blue peter' catch and it goes back about 5 ft and then turns a corner to go along another 3 ft - and for months I have opened the door quickly and just threw stuff in - yuck.

But at least I have rid the rest of the house of all the tools, screws etc so its all now in one place!

Don't think I am going to get it done today as we are expecting guests and then I need to ebay as much as I can!

you most certainly ARE NOT the only lunatic here. I am absolutely barking!! I know what you mean about the people that read and dont post. especially when i have my douchebag ex reading frequently.. i asked mse towers to change my user name but then thought sod you i've known mse longer than i've known you, get over it!!! :rotfl: makes you wonder who all the other people are though!

Just to bring the mood down for a second....good news on the CI insurance but please please, as soon as you can, look at life insurance. you can get it really cheaply, even if it is only for 50k to allow the mortgage payments to be maintained. CI insurance is fab so long as you get a CI before you pass. If you have an accident and die outright then there will be nothing to come and help. sorry if i've missed something. working perviously in the financial services industry shows you sometimes just how much of a lifeline it can be. xx

Oh I do have life insurance - just re looked at it - we were grossly over-insured so have altered SA and changed to DTA for mortgage amount and term. Plan to get some additional cover for £50k to run past the mortgage just for other bits should one of us pop over to other side!

LOL I too worked in FS - for 12 years - and I remember CI coming out. Have to say thought it was the best 'invention' ever and in my heart I still do.

Nosey f'ers - ex b/f's. I am convinced I have an ex-friend lurking here too, but good luck to her if she gets some pathetic joy out of reading about my misery!
