3mobile have declined my quidco cashback.

I had the same problem with Three through Topcashback. £32.50 initially tracked fine, but it later changed to £0. I logged a ticket with Topcashback and, 10 months later, they are still waiting for Three to respond. Very disappointing.0

3 does this routinely. I challenged it. Quidco were brilliant - asked 3 who else got the payment. 3 couldn't even tell them. So I got the money. But I had to kick up fuss.
3 has no intention of paying. Quidco are aware. Sure this must breach law.0 -
I'll add my me too to this. '3' like their 'another marketing channel' to get out of paying. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

musical_norwich - that's interesting. I asked the same question, "who got the payment?" but I can't get an answer and Quidco are just saying 3 have "declined this for competing cookies" and there is nothing further that they can do. What did u do when u got to this stage :-)0

They do pay, ive had 2 lots paid in the last 6 months, one for £100 for broadband and one for £32.50 for a mobile contract.
But I have seen loads of people saying they havent been paid.
Did you by any chance use the chat option on their website? I noticed this places a cookie that links to the operator your chatting with, also if you use a voucher that you get off them, that is also linked to the operator who gave it to you.
Just a couple of possibilities that could explain the other marketing channel.0 -
My enquiry has been declined. What can I do about this?
Once the retailer has made a decision to decline an enquiry, and has provided us with their reason for doing so, unfortunately we are unable to investigate further.
The retailers decision is final, if there system tells them it was not done via quidco, they won't pay out. Its all in the terms, it is not guaranteed. Thats why you should see it as a gift.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -

To be honest, treating cashback as a GIFT is exactly what you should NOT be doing. The retailers must just love that attitude..."Oh, well...I've ordered this phone with 100 quid cashback but if I don't get it then hey, better luck next time eh?"
The particular issue we are talking about here, the "another marketing channel" excuse is happening far too frequently with one particular retailer for it to be anything other than suspicious.
musical_norwich was declined for this reason, challenged it and won the cashback. If he'd just seen it as a GIFT he wouldn't have bothered challenging the decision.
How many thousands of pounds do you think the retailer is pocketing just because the quidco buyers saw it as a nice gift and didn't bother challenging it?0 -
i ordered a Three internet dongle through quidco a few months ago. i was careful to look at the terms of the offer (no further purchase was necessary)
the cashback tracked a few days later, then it was declined by Three a couple of months later.
didn't bother chasing it up as i've been a customer of Three's before and i know it's just a waste of time.
i've used quidco about 15 times before and Three are the first retailer who have not paid me.0 -

I AM taking the matter up with quidco...not 3 directly, obviously. But when quidco get back to me and say the retailer is not willing to pay then I have to push quidco to find out if it's a legitimate reason they are holding back the cashback or if it's just a scam0
