Watched Man on a Ledge last night - was a 50p bargain from a boot sale the other week and I thought it was brilliant. Goes into the keep pile.

Another car boot this weekend to have a wander around - I'll try not to buy anything this week! Came back with 3 films last time - Monsters, Super 8 and Man on a ledge (at least the speed I'm watching them is speeding up very slowly!)

Oh I've also been working through Game of Thrones - I was planning to have watched it all ready for the start of S6 but since it starts this week and I'm almost on S3 I think I'm going to try and watch it all by the finale of S6!

So far pretty enjoyable. Not sure I think it's as amazing as everyone says and have managed to watch 1 episode at a time without withdrawal but I have been enjoying every episode so far. The dvds I have (S1 - 3) aren't mine so can't really count to my total but they are dvds I'm watching!

Watched Avengers: Age of Ultron over the weekend. Thought it was brilliant and really enjoyed it. The CGI at the start is a bit dodgy and there are a few bits that feel like a computer game but I really liked the character development and interactions. Back on the Marvel shelf it goes!

Victoria, very good and a keeper. Will watch it again with DD1, also to see if the rumour is true that it was filmed in 1 take in real time without cuts. A chance meeting on the night streets of Berlin turns the small hours into very long ones for Victoria (and the actors and crew)

Man on a ledge is a keeper here as well toast.

Watched django unchained last week, Dh really liked it so it's being kept.

Got too many things we are watching on to at the mo to squeeze DVDs in. Durrells, home fires, marcella, line of duty and Scott & Bailey. I'm enjoying them but TBH I'll be glad when they finish so I can start clearing DVDs again

I'm doing the opposite Mrs Moneypenny - I'm spending so long watching dvds trying to clear them that my Sky box is looking very full!

I've nearly finished S3 of Game of Thrones now which is the last series I have on dvd so at least watching S4, 5 and 6 will clear some space again! Tho I'm not looking forward to adverts!

Watched Love and Basketball last night. It was a pleasant enough watch but will be on its way to the CS when I next go.

Watched High Society last night. Very easy enjoyable film. Goes in the keep file for those rainy days when you just want something cheerful to watch!

Another 2 watched yesterday. The eye of the killer and Calamity Jane.

The eye of the killer was fairly entertaining and about as bad as I expected (makes me wonder why I bought some of the films I have!) Still it wasn't painful watching and had a few twists.

Loved Calamity Jane - very entertaining! That will be going back in the folder for those days you just want to smile at a cheerful film!

There were 3 in's from the carboot tho. Cirque de Freak: The Vampires assistant, Dodgeball and Real Steel.

    Hello,all!
Had a hard time doing the rounds of the charity shops with my friend the other day - she tried to make me buy a movie or boxed set in each one! I did not succumb, lol.
I managed to watch 2 music dvds from the shelf in the meantime. Faithless is so good I'll keep it for another wee while. Amy Winehouse is probably going to go to the CS.
