Desperate to find a home for cat

Good luck, hope you find something.
Just wanted to say as well that freecycle have a rule about not putting animals up for offer, so if you see anyone doing that please contact the moderator to have the post removed.
Not quite true...
As far as I can figure out, it's up to the individual freecycle group whether or not they allow animals to be advertised, they are certainly advertised on the 3 groups I am a member of and the posts are all moderated before going on the site.0 -
Good to see you over on Purrs, rachelandgromit, why not amend the title of this thread to include the area? You never know ...Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Two of my cats are from people advertising on gumtree. Iv also found one in an add in our local pet shop. Local vets, shops and preloved are great ways to find homes.
Its down to luck at the end of the day and you have the final say if you dont think the home would be suitable.0 -

Shame you're not closer, have been waiting for a cat to come along since I lost my last one over a year ago. You know what I mean, there's always someone has one needs rehoming. Checked out the rescue places last night, will probably follow it up after our summer hols if nothing turns up in the meantime. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Well a bit of good news, a friend at work has agreed to take Felix in on a trial. She has a rescue cat from RSPCA which is brain damaged and is a house cat and she is after company for him. She has tried another rescue cat before and it didn't get on with her 'Georgie' - (not his fault either). We are dropping her off on Sunday and fingers crossed she will get on with Georgie and hopefully have a new home :-)
I am going to keep her on the waiting list at CP just incase it all goes pear shaped but I so hope it goes well. I just wanted to let you all know on here as hopefully there may be a happy ending!0 -
More good news here. A lovely lady who works for the RSPCA has agreed to collect him tomorrow and rehome him!0
