    Hiya
Does anyone have experience of having a payment from YouGov? I know their processing time for payments is up to 4 weeks just curious to see how long it actually takes.
    Thanks

Used to take anything from 6-8 weeks before arriving depending when you applied in the month.
Seeing your query made me realise that I have not heard from them since last year. Looked on their site this morning and there are lots of other people with same problem and for payments - this all since they updated their website.
I used to have regular invitations by email and managed about 2 payouts each year but l don't feel very hopeful now.

Is anyone else still receiving regular emails?

No you do not have to take part either in the prize draws or in any paid surveys that you do not want to do, the choice is yours and it will not effect how may surveys you are invited to. I have been with them for years and even not doing odd prize one and a few paid ones I still get around two pay outs a year :0)

Just had a realy quick reply to my query with YouGov to be told that my account is blocked because on 3 occasions I have entered a different date of birth to that on my application.

I find it hard to believe that I would have done this 3 times but have confirmed the date and now wait to see whether they unblock my account.

I have nearly 3000 points so would like to manage another £50 cheque and then may well call it a day. Pity as I liked receiving the cheque even if it does take some time to get there.

Prize draws It is up to you whether you enter them - I have never entered them in the past - prefer to work towards a £50 cheque.

Exactly the same thing happened to the OH a couple of weeks ago, he's still not had any emails.
  • I have had no problems with YouGov I have had 3 payouts in the 3 years I have been with them and am on over 40 pounds now. I have never entered a prize draw as I think it is better to take the money instead. It seems that everyone gets different takes on them.
I gave up on Toluna as never hit a payout after a couple of years being with them.
I hope you get it sorted for you.

Well, they have unblocked my account. According to them, the date I entered when I registered was 2 years out. I can't believe it - one year, yes, as a typing error but 2 years doesn't make sense. Anyway, any other error & that will be it so I will have to watch my typing from now on.

Now I wait to see how many survey invites I receive.
