Yougov Help Please.

Could anyone you uses yougov please do me a favour? Could you please sign into your account and click on "My Details" Can you get the page to work? Or does it say "500 - Internal Server Error" I am getting this message. But more annoyingly I am also getting it when I try to claim my £50 cheque. It's been like that all weekend for me. If it stays like that I will have to email them. But going by posts on here, they hardly ever reply. :( Any help appreciated.

  • Just tried for ya, says '500 - Internal Server Error' for me too. Must be knackered at the mo. How long'd it take you to get £50? I have 525 points and all the surveys I've had lately have just been ones that enter you into a prize draw, no points at all.

Thanks for that. It took me about 2yrs in all. It's a stupid amount to reach really. Once I get my cheque I don't think i'll bother again. IF I get my cheque lol.

Just 2 years?! I'm at 3 and a half yeas and I'm at 3125 (its working for me btw) I get about 1 to 2 a month and about 50 points per month. Nightmareishly slow in getting points, I would imagine I've actually earnt ordered and recieved toluna vouchers (plural!) in the same space of time! But the way I see it is I rarely ever do surveys for them, they don't bother me, its no skin off my nose to have an account with them and get about £8 a year to my account.

I've been doing these surveys for just over 2 years now and haven't quite got to the 5000 points yet, but have been getting loads of prize draw surveys which I never do as I'd rather have a definate amount on my account than maybe have a chance of a prize when put into a draw against goodness knows how many people.
You really need to have a lot of referrals to get anywhere quickly with it :)
  • took me just over 2yrs to get £50, started again in June and only up to 925 points!

Same with me - I was getting 1 or 2 a week before Christmas, but nothing since till first one last week, apart from the Prize Draws of course!

It is always worthwhile checking the website from time to time as often there are surveys there you don't receive invites to.
Have just looked myself and managed to hit the 5000 points!!
Only thing is at the moment it won't accept my request for the cheque!!!

I never have any surveys pending, every time i have logged in its always no surveys, the only ones I get are emailed.

I just tried to login and it said password incorrect so I changed it and it still fails to login, Yougov seems to really suck for me 1 survey a month if I'm lucky and never invited to any surveys other than the brand survey
    Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £574
