    Hi Everyone

Just in to update list, DD ws due to go back to school today and had the runs last night. She is still icky this morning.

Only go the toy cupboard cleared last night & DS room tidied. Spent the night crying and crying I mean really sobbing my eyes out  DH came in from work at 11pm and asked me what was the matter, I said I didn't know but couldn't stop crying, and had shouted at the kids all night then cried some more. Almost set me off this morning again when he asked me how I was. Have to go home from work at 12.30 as DH leaves at 1pm and I have to look after DD, must remember to pick DS up from childminder before going home :o

My friend's mum is the same about any workmen coming in the house, even the chaps to read the meters cause her to freak out. When they had their boiler replaced her DH briefed the men on their expectations ie keep mess to a minimum, tidy up at the end of each day, don't stray from where they are working etc. Is there any chance Mr LW could do this or what about you staying elsewhere whilst works are carried out?
LW my mum always goes away while having work done, as she is disabled and can’t cope with builders. Would that be an option for you?
Unfortunately, I've nowhere to go; I don't have any friends or family, so it'd mean the expense of a hotel (and the boredom of being stuck in a hotel room all day). Also, I don't care for the idea of strangers being in my house without us there; I think the only way will be for Mr LW to take leave while it's done. And yes, he had leave when they came to change the leccy meter the other day, as they needed to come into the house briefly (well, we arranged the appointment for a day he'd got off anyway:o). But tbh, we're going to put the kitchen off for a while longer, as it's not as obviously terrible as the bathroom was, and up to now we've been able to do running repairs to things that have fallen apart.:o

One of my rabbits (when I was a teen) always growled at me prior to 'going for' me - she learned to HATE me, that one! I couldn't put my hand in the hutch!
I had a snake like that; Jake and Nomad were as nice as anything, and really easy to handle, but Fang had a major attitude!

Bathroom stuff has been started; just having a lunch break (coming on here to check in reminds me to eat lunch!:D) and have decluttered the last of the HM tomato bread.;)
    Back to the grindstone now.
