    Hello ladies

I'm back to give it another go so thanks to the wonderful Pigpen, Toots and soappie.

Managing to keep the BD at bay, just but Dh's is still around growling at him (and me if I go anywhere near)

I'm not aiming for any stars, all I really want to achieve is to get the muck and fluff off the stairs (rather than write your name in it, its more a case of dig a trench in it) hoover right through the house, hoover the sofas and wash the throws, put a decent meal on the table each evening and hopefully visit a friend who hasnt seen our wedding pics yet (120 mile round trip). Am not at work until Wednesday so if I pull my finger out might be able to achieve something. Probably wont be able to keep up with fred either but will try.

I really hope that those who are poorly or have poorly friends and family get better soon. Big hugs to anyone who needs it.

    Kaz x

I have a question for those with kids- are mid sleepers any good? MY DS is 5 and we want him to have a big boy room and DD is climbing in her cot so might do a bed swap as she has the big room so will have more room for the single bed with the guest bed underneath which DS is in (will be swapping mattresses of course!)

DS2 has been in a mid-sleeper (from I**a) since October 2008 - he was 5 last May. We bought a fabric tunnel to go with it, which covers most of the bed, so there's little danger of him falling out. Before we swapped bedrooms around his bed was also in a corner and the 'head' end of the bed was against the wall, making it really safe. In his new room the bed is just against the wall length ways, but he's now so used to it that I'm not worried. Underneath he has space for an inflatable sofa and quite a few toys. As far as I can tell there's only one real downside. I'm not very tall and can't always reach him, depending on where in the bed he is curled up. Not always helpful for waking in the mornings. I wouldn't swap it, though.

That's lovely news. You must be so relieved. Make sure you still take good care of yourself, though. Like we all said, the house will wait for you.

    Hi all
I'm in again. Not sure as to what level, but certainly to level one. Will also attack tops of wall units...not been cleaned since we moved in almost two years ago...

Have also got some daughter 'maintenance' type things to do this week...new shoes, hair appointment and a visit to the doctor to arrange - she turns her left foot in when she walks and is now complaining of pains in her knee...she saw the podiatrist when she was 18 months old with a similar problem, but in her right leg/foot....

Thanks to the usual suspects for keeping me on on track.

I am suffering badly with depression, and the latest chemical intervention from the quack is leaving me with CBA syndrome (Cant be A,,,,) and I spend loads of time asleep. So, I am hoping to start small and build - I need to get some kind of routines back in my life, and gradually try and get myself back together.
