grrr to mirrorworld they have had our money since 14th Jan, and tell us they don't even have the materials to make our mirror, and don't know when they will get them.
This in direct contrast to Boden who I rang to say my tank tops had shrunk and they said "ok here's a refund". Yay Boden.
Trying to get through to Hospital for DD1's results, is like entering the twilight zone...
DH just rang the tax office (one of those dodgy coding notices and they had him working at his current AND former place of work and earning double what he actually does. Chance would be a fine thing!
eta thanks rosepink am consoling self with idea that if anything was serious, they would have been on the blower by now and called us back in.Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -
Morning all,
Congratulations to Kazw's SDD on the birth of her son. I watch that one every minute programme too, and it scares me to death every time. I told Moon that we're only having 1!
Moon changed the sheets in the bedroom last night as I was all clean having washed my hair etc, and I thought I was over the temperatures and night sweats (I even went to dinner at MIL's last night so had 2 small pancakes). How wrong was I?! Woke up in the night again and had to air the bed and go and sleep on the sofa (2 seater so very cramped) with Ebony on top of me again. I'm so fed up with this cough, as I cough so much that I can't breathe, my stomach muscles are on their way to a 6pack, and I was sick 3 times after dinner because of the coughing last night. So, I'm back to the doctor at 11.30 to wait for the duty doctor to see me - don't know how long I'll be waiting, or who I'll be seeing.
Had a text from colleague (who had been off with stress) just a minute ago, inviting me to go for a cuppa, but I can't risk spreading my germs, so she's going to call me instead. I also wanted to go and see LadyL cos she's feeling down at the moment, but can't see her either cos of my germs.
Fingers crossed there is something the doctor can give me, and I need to ask for a doctor's note too whilst I'm there, as I still wouldn't be fit for work, and don't want the nasty head to think I had plenty of time to do my school planning over the half term, when I've felt so yucky!
Haven't heard from year-group colleague at all! Don't know what planning she has done etc.
Booked my facial that my sister gave me a voucher for at Christmas, for Saturday 27th Feb, so that's something to look forward to. I'm meant to be having my hair highlighted and cut on Friday this week, but don't know whether I should postpone it or not. Hopefully if this is a chest infection, the antibiotics (if they give me them) will have started to kick in if I start taking them today.
Well I'd better go and find some breakfast as I'll have to leave soon.
Take care everyone,
Hugs to all of the poorly flyladies, and :hello:to all of my flylady friends.

Little steps is what he needs. But I love my new clean cleared kitchen cupboard - I keep going and opening the doors and looking in - like if I don't keep checking it will go back to how it was before!
I feel sick. And I've had two night's of bad sleep. I really want to go back to bed but I can't. Poo. Spose I'd better do something productive. I'm going to take my jeans off as they are making me feel more sick and try and find something to do that won't be too tiring but will be useful. See you later

I decided on a 'however long it takes me' challenge and managed to finally finish the kitchen worktops and small appliances. Two things off the list!:j
I really want to be able to get my whole list on one page of a word document, but I also have to call at school to collect/check on a few things. Will see what I can get done before 12, then get dressed and go out while DS1 is still in to look after his brother.
Will be a while...
Almost forgot: Congrats to Kazwookie and family. Hope you will be able to visit the new arrival soon.0 -

The gym is quite expensive, especially if you are unable to go. It seems daft to me to be paying for a service you can't use, especially if you have the option to suspend the fees while you are injured.0
