Have finally got through to the Inland Revenue to discuss the fact that I'm being emergency taxed (interestingly I wasn't for the first two months in the new job... they used my old code...), so I'll still be emergency taxed this month :( but will get a refund in March. I should also get a new code for 2010/11 as I've done my tax return AND they have the correct earnings details (not from my employer for some reason ). However, for the moment it means I have absolutely no idea what my monthly income will be :o

So one annoying job done... just about a million more to sort out. I'd better put some washing on and get dressed before I try to do anything else! Oh... and think about what I'm going to feed everyone tonight pancake-wise...
  • Good morning everyone. It's Terrific Tuesday so let's make the most of it. Got a question though. If I clean out our garage today am I allowed to throw out the motorbikes that are in there cluttering the place up?:rotfl:

And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.

    Morning Ladies.

Let's hope my efforts dont fizzle out again to day like they did yesterday. Ended up sitting on the sofa most of the day watching daytime TV (I NEVER watch daytime TV) while doing a bit of writing now and again.

I did however, clean both ovens - one is spotless and the other is mostly spotless. Was just too tired to do the scrubbing part. (I hate colds - amazing how they can be so debilitating!)

    Anyway, onwards and upwards:
