    Nope said where he worked.
Well if he has got time for Facebook then perhaps he should have time for his clients. I hope he gets back to you today. He has to explain what is happening to clients cases. I just cannot understand why he would not do TBH.

No it is not very professional really. I have complaints letter to send to SRA as 28 days is now up. Thought I would give them one last chance to communicate.

By the rate he is going then he will end up being investigated too perhaps. Why would any solicitor do this is beyond me.

Seems everyone is "happy" with Loancheck again. Not many complainers now, in fact gone very spookily quiet????

I know that somebody on here said that the more complaints that a Solicitor receives it effects him Professional Indemnity Insurance and can make it so expensive that they cannot affort it.

No call hmmmmm am I suprised No. Letter going off tomorrow and another telephone call. Feel I am doing this on my own here. Nobody is wanting to follow this up. What is happening.
Are these people going to get away with it.

Should MSE get involved since they allowed these claims management companies tout for business on their site.

They are now sitting back and ignoring things. It is all about C....l what about Loancheck and the people that have been duped on this site.

hi maxdp, i've had no response from watsons either but am very much on the case too. I'm in no way giving up either. they just seem to be refusing point blank to acknowledge anything. so it would seem that I will be moving this up a notch also. keep at it maxdp. you have my support too.:T
