HELP! Phone call from Eze-Talk.....are they going to switch me from BT?

I just looked back...I didn't put his name up but it is Peter Carter that I spoke with. He's posted a freephone number as well, I'd give him a call as he's targetted by the MD (so he told me) to sort all this out, if he's still there you'll find him receptive I reckon.
