I'd just like somebody to provide me with clear correct information, not 'I reckons' or 'unlikely' type answers. :)

You are expecting 6 bags for the price of one. It is obviously a mistake which you are trying to take advantage of.

    You can try.

    You want facts?

This is a forum, where people offer opinions.

Go and see a solicitor for [STRIKE]facts[/STRIKE] his opinion.

Doesn't sound right to me that somebody can mislead you into buying something and then just offer you a return and refund when they've made the mistake.

    You contradict yourself there.

They either deliberately mislead you or they make a mistake. If it is the former then make a complaint to trading standards, if it is an error (ie they made a mistake) then they can refund.

I can see you are trying to angle it so you can force them to supply the full amount at the price you paid. You are not going to be able to do this easily or cheaply (if at all) so for the sake of a few bags of dog food I wouldn't bother.

OP i gave you your consumer rights in your first post. As i said your rights will depend on what your invoice says but first you must find out what your invoice is.
    Back by no demand whatsoever.

Why would you offer opinions when you aren't certain of the veracity?

I was misled by a pricing error, it's not a contradiction, if you put things up for sale shouldn't you check that the item's correct before publishing it online and selling it to someone?

As I stated earlier, they didn't put ANY quantities on the marketplace seller invoice, not 1, not 2, not 6, not 12. Amazon's invoice, not the marketplace seller's state 2x6x15kg.

That's why I wanted facts; whether there's a terms and conditions which states what amazon's policy was, and whether anyone had come across this problem. I don't see what's so hard about that really. :D

I will contact trading standards and amazon, as the seller has said it's amazon's fault for chaning the listing.

I post on DP, that thread doesn't tell me anything knew ;)
