one of my neighbours are the type that if they see me out (say up the town)...they toot like crazy til I turn around then they are waving like nutters out the window.....gotta luv them!!!!LolYou may walk and you may run

Here is another what is this about?
A neighbour speaks when you come face to face but only if they have too!
For example if they can not look they wont. You may come out the back door while they are in the garden and they are aware of your prescence but dont look over!
They may walk along the road you are coming on the other side they dont look over keep looking straight only speak if they come ftf.
Nowt so queer as folk as they say!
If anyone else has this please say!
