I'm LOVING this thread, been :rotfl:

I listed a jacket once and photographed it on a coathanger on the back of the dining room door. I had a message asking me whether we had stripped the door ourselves or sent it to be dipped and how would we recommend they stripped theirs?

I replied it had been dip stripped and they should look in their yellow pages for a local service. I had a very polite thank you and they wished me good luck selling the jacket.

Sometimes I just love buyers for giving me a good laugh.
Oh dear, here we go again.
  • I've got to admit I nearly ended up as one of these- had to resist the urge to ask what printer one of our sellers used to print out postage, it was exceptionally well printed. :o

"How much did you pay for these how many did you have to buy wholesale for any discounts and who did you buy them off?
    Thanks in advance"
    Yet another blocked bidder.
We got one of those too once.

I wonder what makes them think we'll say? :rotfl:
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine

I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine. :p
  • Probably not that funny, but it makes me laugh: I was selling an iBook just before Christmas in 2005. It was Buy-it-now for I think £500. I got a lot of questions on that, many from one person trying to get me to lower the price, first to £400 and then to £450.

Someone else clicked BIN, and I got "S***!!!!!!!!!! have u sold this item?????????" :rotfl:
